El Big's Chinese History contin'</title><summary type='text'>On a recent jaunt south, I spot a pointy asian-looking structure from afar and ask Que to pull around so I can get a better look. It is a fairly recent memorial to the Chinese emigrants of the El Big area. The hills behind the temple are dotted with Cantonese miner and railroad worker's names on granite markers.
